Payment Terms
At Wholesale Fruits, we apply a transparent, secure, and internationally adapted payment policy. Our objective is to provide our partners with reliable transactions, complete document traceability, and the professional execution of every shipment.
Deposit Upon Order Confirmation
A 30% deposit is required upon acceptance of the official quotation and confirmation of the order. This step allows us to reserve production capacity, secure the goods, and organize all logistics operations.
Balance Upon Receipt of Shipping Documents
The remaining 70% is paid after shipment and upon presentation of the export documents. This procedure ensures a fair and secure transaction for both parties.
Export Documentation
We provide all documentation required for international trade, including the Bill of Lading (BL), phytosanitary certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, and any additional documents required by the destination country.
Secure Bank Transfer
Payments are accepted exclusively by bank transfer to our professional Bancolombia account. Complete banking details, including the SWIFT code, are provided once the order has been confirmed.
International Shipping
All goods are shipped according to the agreed Incoterms. Every operation is closely monitored to ensure compliance with delivery schedules and product specifications.
Complete Traceability
Our customers receive regular updates regarding order preparation, container loading, and shipment progress. Clear communication is maintained throughout every stage of the process.
